Michael Kelly

President

Michael Kelly is the President of TransFund, where he spearheads strategic growth, fosters meaningful client partnerships, and drives innovation in payment processing solutions across the United States. With a visionary approach and a relentless focus on operational excellence, Kelly led TransFund through its most significant transformation in five decades, successfully migrating its Issuing and Acquiring platforms—an achievement that has redefined the company’s technological edge.

Under his leadership, TransFund has shattered consecutive sales records across its core business lines, including Issuing Processing, Merchant Acquiring, and ATM Managed Services. With over 25 years of executive experience in the financial services and payment network industries, Kelly continues to shape the company’s future with a commitment to consultative service, transparent customer value, and high-integrity relationships. His ability to cultivate collaborative cultures and deliver forward-thinking solutions has fueled TransFund's rapid expansion.

Before joining TransFund, Kelly held progressively senior leadership roles at Discover, Mastercard, and American Express. He holds a degree in Supply Chain Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Kelly is also an active community advocate. He currently serves on the board of Youth Services of Tulsa, was Development Chair for Junior Achievement of Dallas, and served as Tri-Chair for the Tulsa Area United Way Financial Campaign.

Born in California and raised in Alaska, Kelly studied Mandarin Chinese throughout grade school and continued his studies at Arizona State University—a reflection of his lifelong commitment to learning and global perspective.

David Grossardt

Chief Revenue Officer

David has a very progressive approach, which has allowed him to assist community financial institutions with growth oriented EFT marketing solutions geared toward attracting new customers and increasing non interest fee income.

He has over 30 years of experience in the electronic/digital payments industry and is considered an expert. He often speaks at industry and trade association meetings across the United States. David holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and has built his career learning how to master Operational Efficiency, Relationship Management, Super Charging Sales Teams and Organizational Leadership.

Alison Wolf

Chief Marketing and Product Officer

Alison brings more than two decades of leadership experience in financial services marketing and product strategy. Prior to joining the TransFund executive team, she guided marketing initiatives for a range of financial institutions and led strategic development for one of the nation’s largest payment processors.

At TransFund, Alison oversees both marketing and product strategy, leading a high-performing, cross-disciplinary team responsible for the design, development, and lifecycle management of the company’s payment solutions. Her team is also responsible for crafting high-impact programs and campaigns that accelerate cardholder engagement, deepen customer loyalty and support revenue growth for the organizations TransFund serves.

She has a unique blend of hands-on financial services experience and strategic insight, both of which fuel her passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring clients have the tools, data and resources necessary to thrive in today’s competitive landscape.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Cameron University and a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Active in community leadership, she has served on multiple boards and committees and is a graduate of both the Leadership Oklahoma City Signature Program, Class XXVIII, and Southwest CUNA Management School.

Chris Cichy

Chief Operating Officer

Chris heads TransFund’s operations, finance, ATM, and global strategic initiatives. With more than 25 years of EFT/ATM and payment processing experience, Chris is recognized as a dynamic leader who explores the business landscape from multiple perspectives, thereby delivering strategies and solutions that best fit the needs of both clients and the company.

Chris is passionate about accelerating delivery, simplifying integration, and strengthening performance. Chris's vision is to constantly ask, "why not?" and "what if?"—an approach that drives innovative thinking and transformative results.

Previously, Chris led ATM Services at FIS, engaging with over 2,000 small-to-large scale FIs and ISOs on strategy, deployment, and operational support across a network of more than 100,000 ATMs. Prior to that, Chris held roles of increasing responsibility at eFunds, Metavante, and M&I Data Services.

Ashley Harris

Chief Project and Risk Officer

Ashley is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning EFT processing, credit, ATM, and fraud. She currently leads strategic initiatives that drive innovation, operational excellence, and growth for TransFund.

Previously serving as Manager of Projects and Conversions, Ashley successfully led complex, enterprise-level implementations and became a trusted partner to clients navigating high-stakes changes.

Throughout her career, she has built deep expertise in the EFT ecosystem, collaborating closely with network brands, core processors, and financial institutions. This comprehensive industry knowledge—combined with her strong customer service background—enables her to deliver exceptional project leadership, client experience, and strategic guidance that differentiates TransFund in the marketplace.

In her current role, Ashley oversees initiatives that position TransFund to anticipate evolving client needs and strengthen the company’s competitive edge. Her proven track record, passion for innovation, and unwavering commitment to the customer experience make her an invaluable member of the TransFund leadership team.

Tim Brown

Tim Brown

President Merchant Services

Tim brings over 20 years of experience in the merchant acquiring industry, having worked in nearly every role—from helpdesk and account representative to sales and sales management. This hands-on journey has given him a deep and comprehensive understanding of the merchant services landscape.

Known for his consultative sales approach, Tim focuses on building strong partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that drive client success. His leadership emphasizes high-quality customer service and operational excellence, ensuring that merchants receive the support and innovation they need to thrive in a competitive market.

Beyond his professional achievements, Tim is deeply committed to his community. He served as president of the local youth football organization for eight years and has volunteered as an assistant high school football coach for more than five years, mentoring young athletes and fostering teamwork and leadership.
