Use your BOKF, NA, d/b/a TransFund (“TransFund”) issued debit card to complete an in-person transaction of $10.00 or more (a “Transaction”) between November 28, 2025, and December 24, 2025 (the “Entry Period”), for a chance to win one (1) grand prize of $1500 (the “Prize”) in connection with the TransFund Holiday Sweepstakes 2025 (the “Sweepstakes”). After the Entry Period, one participant will be selected to receive the Prize. Participants will receive one entry for each Transaction, and, except as otherwise provided herein, there is no limit on the number of entries.

Alternative methods of entry are described below. No purchase or obligation is necessary to enter to win.

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE, TRANSACTION OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION.

1. Who May Enter: (a) At the time of your entry, you must be at least 18 years of age and be a legal resident of the United States.

(b) The following categories of individuals and entities are not eligible to enter or win: (1) Full and part-time employees of TransFund, (2) full and part-time employees of any financial institution client of TransFund (“TransFund Customers”) or any parent company, affiliate, distributor, subsidiary, advertising or promotional agency, or supplier of promotional materials or services thereof, or (3) any immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, in-laws and siblings) and persons residing in the homes of any of the foregoing.

2. How to Enter and Play: (a) NO ACTUAL PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION IS REQUIRED to enter the Sweepstakes. The winner need not be present to win but must prove eligibility. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries. Current TransFund cardholders (“Current Cardholders”) may play the games hereinafter described below. Persons that do not have a TransFund card (“Non-Current Cardholders”) may also play the games pursuant to the procedures described below.

(i) Automatic Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes, a Current Cardholder of a participating financial institution may use his or her TransFund card to complete a Transaction at any in-person merchant. Incomplete transactions and those of less than $10.00 are not eligible. There is no limit to the number of times a Current Cardholder may enter using this method. Alternatively, if a Current Cardholder does not wish to conduct a Transaction to enter the Sweepstakes, they may enter the Sweepstakes by using the alternative entry method below.

(ii) Alternative Method of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes to win the Prize, any eligible entrant may enter online by completing the form linked here (each an “Online Entry”). Each individual entry must be received by TransFund between November 28, 2025, and December 24, 2025. An eligible entrant may enter no more than one Online Entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegal, incomplete or inaccurate are void.

3. Prize: One (1) Prize will be awarded during the Sweepstakes. The drawing will take place on or about December 30, 2025.

The winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the promotional period.

4. Notification of Winners: After the drawing, the apparent winner will be notified by email or phone in the record associated with their TransFund Card, in the case of Current Cardholders, or at the address shown in an Online Entry (as applicable). Such notification will contain the TransFund 2025 Holiday Sweepstakes Agreement and a W-9, in each case for signature by the winner. Upon, and only upon, such winner’s execution and return of the TransFund 2025 Holiday Sweepstakes Agreement and W-9 to TransFund, TransFund will, at TransFund’s sole option, either mail the Prize or make arrangements for personal delivery or pick up of the Prize. The winner will have fourteen (14) days from notification to accept the Prize. If the winner fails to accept the Prize within such period, the winner shall forfeit their Prize and any expectation of receipt thereof. TransFund is not responsible for, or liable for, any inaccuracy in any information supplied by any entrant. Allow 8 weeks for delivery of the Prize following completion of winner verification.

5. Name of Winner: To receive the name of the Prize winner, send your request via email to marketing@transfund.com by December 30, 2025.

6. General Conditions: (a) THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All local, state, and federal laws apply.

(b) By submitting an entry, the winner accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TransFund, whose decision shall be final.

(c) All entries become the property of the TransFund.

(d) All entries are subject to verification and are automatically void and will be rejected if forged, altered, defaced, tampered with, were generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means, photocopied or otherwise mechanically reproduced, irregular in any way, irregularly obtained, or if they contain errors or omissions.

(e) The Prize winner must sign a TransFund 2025 Holiday Sweepstakes Agreement and a W-9 before TransFund will deliver the Prize. The TransFund 2025 Holiday Sweepstakes Agreement is a release from liability and consent to use the winner’s name, picture, likeness, and/or voice for promotional and publicity purposes. Failure to do so will void such winner’s entry and such Prize award will be void.

(f) Tax liability, if any, is the sole responsibility of the winner. TransFund will file the appropriate forms with the appropriate tax authorities during the month of January 2026, for calendar year 2025, and the winner must certify that he or she is not subject to back-up withholding, or TransFund will follow the rules requiring back-up withholding.

(g) TransFund, TransFund affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (together the “Sponsor Group”) shall not be liable for any inquiry or damage related to or resulting from entering the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants irrevocably release and hold the Sponsor Group harmless from any and all damages and claims of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize.

(h) By entering the Sweepstakes, winner irrevocably releases Sponsor Group from any liability whatsoever, and waives any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use of or inability to use, or participation in or inability to participate in Sweepstakes or use of or inability to use any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, suits, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

(i) The Prize may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged.

(j) It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify TransFund in writing if the entrant changes his/her phone number or mailing address. To notify TransFund of a change or address or telephone number, write “TransFund 2025 Holiday Sweepstakes Agreement,” c/o TransFund, P.O. Box 2300, Tulsa, OK 74192.

(k) TransFund is not liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner.

(l) By registering to enter the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. The laws of the State of Oklahoma apply to and govern this Sweepstakes, and any claims must be raised and resolved in the State of Oklahoma.

(m) Neither TransFund, nor any of its affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of promotional materials and services and any other participant in this Sweepstakes shall be liable for the Prize winner’s loss or injury, whether to property, reputation or person, incurred as a result of participating in this Sweepstakes, or using the Prize awarded.
